Okay, here is my sharing about “when does Twin Peaks get good” :

So, I’ve been hearing about this show, Twin Peaks, for ages. People always talk about it like it’s some kind of masterpiece, but to be honest, I just didn’t get the hype at first. I mean, it starts with a dead girl, Laura Palmer, washed up on a riverbank in this weird, small town. Sounds pretty standard for a crime drama, right?
I started watching it a while back, and I gotta say, the first few episodes were a real slog. It was slow, and the characters were all so quirky. It felt like nothing was really happening. I almost gave up on it, but then something clicked.
- First, I tried just watching it casually, you know, while doing other stuff. That was a mistake.
- Then I decided to really focus, maybe try watching one episode a day, no distractions.
- And you know what? It started to make sense. The weirdness started to feel intentional, like it was all part of some big, strange puzzle.
I kept going, and around episode “Lonely Souls” of season two, things really picked up. The mystery deepened, the characters got more interesting, and the whole vibe of the show just got under my skin. It was like, suddenly, I was hooked. This was not just another ordinary show.
I pushed through the rest of season two, and let me tell you, that finale, “Beyond Life and Death,” was insane! It was like nothing I’d ever seen on TV before. So yeah, if you’re wondering when Twin Peaks gets good, for me, it was sometime during my rewatching. But it really takes off in the second half of the first season and doesn’t let up until that crazy, mind-bending finale.
The point is I finally realized that Twin Peaks is not like other shows, it demands your attention. Once I gave it the attention, I found myself enjoying it.
