Okay, so, I gotta tell you about this thing called Apex Console. I’ve been messing around with it a bit lately, and it’s pretty cool, so I figured I’d share my experience.
First off, I was looking for something new to play. You know, the usual deal, scrolling through options, nothing really catching my eye. Then I stumbled upon this Apex Legends thing. Heard some buzz about it, mostly from my friends who are way into gaming. They kept saying it is awesome, especially when you are playing with a squad. So I was like, “Alright, let’s see what the hype is about.”
So, I grabbed my console, turned it on and went to the store. Apex Legends, there it was. And guess what? It’s free! Yeah, you heard that right. Didn’t cost me a dime to download it. Of course, they got these in-game purchases, but you don’t really need ’em to enjoy the game. Anyway, I hit download, waited a bit, and boom, it was ready to go.
I launched the game, and I was thrown into this whole new world. It’s like, you’re this character, or “Legend,” and you’ve got all these different abilities. You team up with other folks, or you can go solo if you’re feeling brave, and you just battle it out. It’s intense, man. Dropping from the sky, looking for the best weapons and armors, trying to stay alive, it’s a rush.

The conclusion
The controls took a bit of getting used to. It’s not just run and gun, you know? There’s a lot of sliding, jumping, using your Legend’s special moves. But once I got the hang of it, it felt pretty smooth. I started with some training rounds, just to get a feel for things. My buddies were giving me tips, telling me which Legends are good for beginners, what weapons to look for, all that stuff.
My first few games? Oof, let’s just say I was not good. I kept getting taken out early, didn’t really know the map, and was basically a noob. But, you know what? It was still fun. Every time I got knocked down, I learned something new. Figured out which areas are hot spots, where to find decent loot, how to work better with my team.
After a while, I started to get better. I mean, I’m no pro or anything, but I could hold my own. I even got a few wins under my belt! It felt good, man. Like, all that getting my butt kicked was worth it. And playing with friends? That’s where it’s at. We were coordinating, strategizing, and just having a blast. We even tried different group setups, testing different Legends to see which ones work well together.
I heard some folks comparing console players to PC players, saying PC is better. Honestly, I don’t know. I’m having fun on my console, and that’s all that matters to me. I even tried to play with my friends who use PC, and yeah, it was a bit challenging, but still enjoyable. At the end of the day, it is all about having fun, right?
So, yeah, that’s my experience with Apex Console. It’s been a wild ride, from being a total beginner to actually enjoying the game and getting some wins. If you’re looking for something new to play, give it a shot. It’s free, it’s fun, and who knows, you might just get hooked like I did.
