Okay, so today I want to talk about something from way back, and it’s this Toy Biz Batman thing I got into recently.

It all started when I was just looking around for some cool old toys, you know, the ones from when we were kids? I wanted to find some stuff and see what it was worth these days, maybe sell some of it or just keep it. It’s like a treasure hunt!
So, I went digging around and found this website talking about pricing for something called “TOY BIZ.” It’s supposed to help you figure out what your old toys are worth without needing to take a bunch of pictures or write long descriptions. Sounds easy enough, right?
Then I stumbled upon this whole world of vintage Toy Biz Batman toys. I mean, I knew there were Batman toys, but I didn’t know there was this whole Toy Biz line from way back in 1989. That was a long time ago! There’s a bunch of stuff – action figures, Batmobiles, even a Batcave playset! It’s crazy.
Looking for Prices and All That
Of course, I wanted to know how much these things were going for. I saw some wild prices for some of them. Like, there’s a Freddy Funko (Black Suit) for like $12, which seems kind of low, I guess. I’m not sure. But then there’s this Batcave playset, almost complete with the box, and that thing is way up there in price. And there are cards out there too – I saw a thing about 1989 Toy Biz Batman Movie Action Figures trading card values. Who knew?
Finding My Own Stuff
So, I started going through my own old toy boxes, and guess what? I found a Toy Biz Batman action figure! It’s the black one, and it came with a Bat-Rope. The package says it’s from 1989, made by Toy Biz, and it’s a 5-inch figure. It’s in pretty good shape, too. I guess I kept it in a good place all these years. Maybe I did that on purpose, you know, because I liked it.
Apparently, this particular figure is “harder to find,” or so they say online. I haven’t found another one yet, but we’ll see.
What Now?
So, now I’m kind of hooked. I want to see what other Toy Biz Batman stuff is out there. I heard that Marx Toy Company made the first Batman action figure, like a posable one, back in the 60s. It was smaller, only 4 inches, but it had all these accessories and stuff. It would be so cool to find one of those!
Anyway, that’s my latest adventure. It’s kind of fun digging up these old toys and finding out more about them. Who knows, maybe I’ll find something super rare. Wish me luck!
