Alright, listen up, I’m gonna tell ya about this here “spider woman cover” thing. Don’t know much about these fancy comics and such, but I heard folks got their knickers in a twist over it.

So, there’s this fella, Milo Manara, drew a picture of Spider-Woman for a cover. Now, I ain’t seen it, but from what I hear, it was a bit much. Showed her backside or somethin’, and folks didn’t like it. Said it was too “controversial” to print.
- Marvel Comics: They’re the ones who put out these comic books, ya know. They decided to change the cover after folks complained.
- Milo Manara: The fella who drew the picture. Seems he’s got a style that ruffled some feathers.
- Spider-Woman: She’s the gal in the picture, a superhero or somethin’.
Now, they changed the cover, put a title over her backside to cover it up. Some say they “censored” it. Guess they didn’t want folks gettin’ all riled up.
And wouldn’t ya know it, that original picture, the one they changed, it’s gonna be auctioned off. Seems some folks still want it, even though it caused a fuss. Heritage Auctions, they’re the ones sellin’ it. Say it’s the most popular thing they got in their European Comic Art thingamajig.
Now, some folks say it’s just a picture, a drawing of a made-up character. They say folks are bein’ “snowflakes” gettin’ upset about it.
Then there’s this talk about Spider-Woman bein’ black now, voiced by some actress named Issa Rae. And somethin’ about Mary Jane Watson bein’ Spider-Woman too, they call her Spider-MJ. It’s all a bit confusing, if ya ask me.
Heard they changed her race, made her a black woman. And someone named Issa Rae, she’s the voice of Spider-Woman now, in some animated thing.
Honestly, I don’t get why folks get so worked up over these things. It’s just a picture, ain’t it? But I guess some folks see things differently.
So, there ya have it. That’s what I know about this spider woman cover mess. Don’t know if it makes much sense, but that’s how I see it.
