Well, I reckon if ya heard about this Shadow Entei fella, ya probably know it’s somethin’ mighty special in them Pokemon battles. Now, don’t be fooled by its fiery look, cause it ain’t just a pretty face. This here Shadow Entei is one of the best fire-types to bring into a PvE battle, and I ain’t just sayin’ that to flatter it. It can’t exactly stand as a defender in them Gyms, but when it comes to attackin’, oh boy, it really knows how to shine. You might even say it beats out some of them other famous ones like Shadow Moltres, Shadow Blaziken, and even that Apex Shadow Ho-Oh fellow. And that ain’t no small feat, mind you!

Now, if ya want one of these Shadow Enteis, there’s a couple ways to go about it. First, ya can catch it while rescuin’ from Giovanni. Yes, that ol’ Giovanni fella is still up to no good, and if yer lucky enough, he’ll be havin’ Shadow Entei in his hands. The other way to get it is by takin’ part in them 5-star Shadow Raids, which are pretty common these days. But here’s somethin’ ya gotta mark on your calendar: Shadow Entei’s comin’ back for the Shadow Raid weekends as part of the Max Out season. It’s gonna be around from October 5th to October 27th, 2024, so ya better be ready when the time comes.
Now, I know what yer wonderin’ – how many of us do we need to bring this big ol’ boy down? Well, let me tell ya, if ya got three solid trainers with them high CPs and the right moves, you might just stand a chance. But if yer not so sure about that, you’d better get yerself four or more trainers. And don’t forget, if yer not usin’ them Purified Gems, ya might need even more help. I’d say if ya really wanna make sure to get the job done, bring a whole crew!
I know, I know – sounds tough. But it ain’t impossible. Heck, there’s even talk about doin’ it solo if ya don’t upset the ol’ Shadow Entei too much, but that’s one mighty risky business if ya ask me.
Now, let’s talk about what Shadow Entei’s weaknesses are, ‘cause every mighty warrior’s gotta have a chink in their armor. See, this here Entei is a pure Fire-type, which means it don’t take kindly to Ground, Rock, and Water-type moves. So if yer battlin’ it, you’d better have them kinds of Pokémon ready. Them Water-types like Primal Kyogre are mighty good at givin’ Shadow Entei a run for its money. Same goes for Primal Groudon and Mega Swampert. Heck, even that Shadow Kyogre has been known to knock it down a few pegs.
All in all, if you’re lookin’ to catch or battle with a Shadow Entei, ya gotta be smart about it. Make sure ya bring along the right Pokémon, and don’t forget to plan ahead for them big Shadow Raids. It ain’t no easy task, but if yer up for a challenge, Shadow Entei’s just the thing to give yer Pokémon roster a real boost.
Summary
Shadow Entei is a top-notch Fire-type for PvE battles, though it can’t defend Gyms. It’s one of the best attackers in Raids, besting other strong Pokémon like Shadow Moltres and Blaziken. The best way to get one is through Giovanni or Shadow Raids, with upcoming events running from October 5th to October 27th, 2024. To take it down, bring at least four strong trainers, and remember, Water, Rock, and Ground moves can be your best weapon.
So, gather yer team, and don’t miss out on the chance to add this powerful Pokémon to your roster!
