Well, I heard some news about them TMNT 2003 reissues. You know, them Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. My grandkids, they used to love them things. Now they say they’re bringin’ back them old toys. Reissues, they call ’em. Sounds kinda fancy for old toys if you ask me.
I seen them at Target, you know that big store. Cost about $11.99, they say. Ain’t cheap, but I guess not too bad for them turtle toys. My grandson, he always wanted that one with the orange, what do you call it… bandana? Yeah, bandana. Said his name was Mikey or somethin’. Now he can probably get one if he really wants it.
They got all four of ’em, I think. That red one, the angry one, Raphael, I think. And the smart one, with the purple, Donatello. Then there’s that other one, Leonardo, with the blue. They all look kinda the same to me, ‘cept for them colors and their weapons.
These TMNT 2003 reissues, they from that old cartoon, from way back. 2003, I think they said. My grandkids used to watch it all the time. Drove me crazy with all that noise, but they sure did love it. I remember it was on that Fox channel, then later it moved to some other channel. CW something, I believe. These kids and their channels, I can’t keep up.
- Leonardo – blue bandana, he’s the leader, I guess.
- Donatello – purple bandana, the smart one.
- Raphael – red bandana, always mad about somethin’.
- Michelangelo – orange bandana, the goofy one.
Now, they sayin’ these TMNT 2003 reissues are just like the old ones. Same plastic, same colors, same everything. I don’t know about all that. Seems like they always changin’ things these days. But if you liked them turtles back then, I guess you’ll like these too. They’re makin’ a bunch of them, these reissues, so everyone can have some, I reckon.
Some folks are sayin’ they’re excited about these TMNT 2003 reissues. Say they never got ’em when they were kids. Now they can buy ’em, even if they’re grown up. Some people collect these things, you know. They keep ’em in the box, never even open ’em. Seems kinda silly to me, but to each their own, I suppose.
I seen some pictures online. They got this website, somethin’ about a turtle museum. Sounds strange, a museum for toys. But they got pictures of these TMNT 2003 reissues there. They look alright, I guess. Just like I remember ’em, all green and tough lookin’. Each one comes with its own weapon, those sticks and swords and whatnot.
Now, if you’re lookin’ for these TMNT 2003 reissues, you best head to Target. That’s where I seen ’em. They got ’em on the shelves with all the other toys. $11.99 each. Don’t go spendin’ all your money on ’em, now. But if you really want one, or if you got a grandkid who loves them turtles, then I guess it’s worth it.
This 2003 show, it was somethin’ else. They made them turtles all different. Not just the bandanas, but their skin too. All different shades of green. And they acted different, too. Not like that other show, from way back in the 80s. That one, they all acted like that Mikey. This 2003 one, they had their own ways. It is really a big deal for those who like them, I guess. They even have a forum called Technodrome, it is about TMNT 2003 reissues.
Back in my day, we didn’t have all these fancy toys. We played outside, with sticks and rocks. But I guess times are changin’. These kids today, they like their Ninja Turtles. And these TMNT 2003 reissues, they seem to be a big hit. So, if you’re a fan, or you know a fan, go on down to Target and get yourself some. Just don’t blame me if you can’t find ’em. They might be all gone already. Them turtles are popular, you know.
These TMNT 2003 reissues, they bring back memories, I suppose. Memories of my grandkids watchin’ that show, shoutin’ and jumpin’ around. Good times, good times. Maybe I’ll get one for myself, just for old times’ sake. Or maybe not. I got enough clutter in my house already. But for all of you other people, enjoy these TMNT toys. They sure are somethin’, ain’t they?
