New Ghostbusters Figures: Hasbro Reveals 4-Character Pack

Well now, ain’t this somethin’. Them toy folks over at Hasbro, they went and done it again. Got themselves a new pack of them Ghostbuster fellas, all lined up and ready to go.

Them Ghostbuster fellas, all four of ’em!

Yep, you heard right. This here pack, it’s got all four of them Ghostbuster boys. That Egon fella, the smart one with the glasses, he’s in there. And that Peter fella, the smooth-talkin’ one, he’s there too. Don’t forget about Ray, the happy-go-lucky one, and Winston, the one who joined up later. They’re all in this pack, just like peas in a pod.

Now, I ain’t never seen no ghosts myself, mind you. But them boys, they seem to know what they’re doin’. Runnin’ around with them fancy proton packs and catchin’ them spooky critters. It’s all a bit much for an old woman like me, but the grandkids, they love it. They go on and on about Slimer and Stay Puft and all them other ghosties.

Seems like these here figures ain’t too big, you know? Like them little army men the kids used to play with. My grandson, he’s always got a pocket full of them things. Guess these Ghostbuster fellas will fit right in with the rest of his crew.

And what’s this about a car?

I heard tell there’s a big to-do about a car, some kinda Ecto-1 thing. Folks was expectin’ to see it at that big Comic Con thing in New York, but seems like Hasbro, they let the cat outta the bag early. Now, I ain’t no car expert, but I reckon it’s gotta be somethin’ special if folks are gettin’ all riled up about it. Heard it’s gonna be one of them fancy 1:18 scale deals, and they’re makin’ more of them little 3 3/4 O-ring figures too.

Wonder if it’s got room for all four of them Ghostbuster fellas? Probably does. Can’t have them fellas chasin’ ghosts on foot, now can we? They need a good, sturdy ride to haul all their gear and them captured ghosties.

I tell ya, these toy folks, they think of everything. They know how to get them young’uns all excited. And the old folks too, if I’m bein’ honest. There’s somethin’ about them Ghostbusters that just makes you smile. Maybe it’s the way they ain’t afraid of nothin’, or maybe it’s just them funny lookin’ ghosties they catch. Whatever it is, it’s got folks hooked.

So, what’s the bottom line?

Well, if you got yourself some young’uns who like them Ghostbusters, or maybe you’re a fan yourself, this here pack of figures seems like a pretty good deal. You get all four of the main fellas, and they’re just the right size for playin’ or for puttin’ on a shelf. And who knows, maybe that car will be the next big thing. Might have to get my grandson one of them, just to see the look on his face.

Anyways, that’s all I got to say about that. These Ghostbuster fellas, they seem like good boys, even if they do chase after ghosts. And Hasbro, they keep on makin’ them toys, and folks keep on buyin’ ’em. That’s just the way the world works, I reckon.
