Today, I wanna talk about this thing called the “Mythical Censer” in Black Desert Online. It’s been quite the journey, so let me tell you all about it.

What’s this “Mythical Censer” thing?
So, this Mythical Censer, it’s like this special item. It’s a censer that burns Mythical Powder, and you light it with something called the Powder of Flame using the Fire Horn. The description says if you take a whiff of the smoke, you’re out cold until it’s done burning. That sounds crazy, right?
Why did I even bother with it?
Well, I’ve been chasing after these T9 dream horses for a while now. You know, those super cool, super rare mounts. And recently, they introduced this new system with something called the Vipiko’s Rocking Horse, where you can actually pick which T9 horse you want. I know you can get a dream horse by grinding, maybe 20 hours or so, but I decided to go for the censer bundle.
Then there’s this whole T10 mythical horse thing. That’s the ultimate goal for some people. Apparently, you need a male and a female T9 dream horse of the same type to even try for a T10. That sounded like a huge pain, but the Mythical Censer is needed for that process too.
Getting my hands on the materials
This was the real grind. I learned that you can get the stuff you need for the Mythical Censer by doing Imperial Horse Delivery and some weekly quests at the Stonetail Horse Ranch. So, that’s what I did. I spent weeks doing those deliveries and those quests. It was repetitive, it was time-consuming, but I was determined.
- Imperial Horse Delivery: I spent countless hours catching, training, and delivering horses.
- Stonetail Horse Ranch Weekly Quests: These weren’t too bad, but they added to the overall time commitment.
Putting it all together
I also found out that the crafting process is affected by your skill level. The higher your skill, the fewer materials you use, and the more stuff you get in return. So, I made sure to level up my crafting skills as much as I could to make the most of my materials. I needed an Old Moon Censer, and then all those materials I’d been gathering. I also learned that Mythical Feather is required in order to get Mythical Arduanatt, Mythical Doom. and Mythical Dine. I combined them all, held my breath, and hoped for the best. It’s not exactly easy. There’s a lot of room for failure, and losing all those materials would have been a huge setback.
Finally, the Mythical Censer!
After all that work, I finally crafted the Mythical Censer! It was a huge relief. Now, I’m one step closer to getting my own T10 horse. It’s still a long way to go, but it felt great to finally have that Mythical Censer in my inventory. It’s a symbol of all the time and effort I’ve put into this game. The smoke from the censer is supposed to knock you out, but for me, it was a wake-up call. I was finally moving towards the T10 horse. Or, the mythical version of the dream horse I already had, Arduanatt, that was what I was aiming for, but it was not easy, you need to put tons of effort into it.
So yeah, that’s my story about the Mythical Censer. It’s been a long and sometimes frustrating journey, but it’s also been really rewarding. If you’re thinking about going down this path, be prepared for a serious grind. But trust me, the feeling of accomplishment when you finally craft that censer is totally worth it!
