Marvel Legends Warbird Release Date Info: Simple Guide (Find Out When the Warbird Action Figure Hits the Shelves)

So, I’ve been keeping an eye out for this Marvel Legends Warbird figure, right? Been a huge fan of Carol Danvers since way back, and when I heard they were releasing a special 85th-anniversary edition, I knew I had to snag it.

First thing I did was hit up the usual spots online. Checked the Hasbro site, figured that would be the first place to get some concrete info. Sure enough, they had it listed, but no exact release date, just a vague “coming soon” kind of deal. Typical, you know? It also mentioned a limit of 5 figures per customer, which is a bummer, but fair enough, I guess.

Next, I went to Target. They have this same-day delivery thing, which is pretty sweet. Found the Warbird figure listed there as well, but same story – no specific date. I did see a note about the “expected ship date is subject to change.” Yeah, no kidding!

Then it got a little interesting. I stumbled upon some chatter on forums and blogs. Seems like this Warbird figure is gonna be part of a larger wave, maybe related to the Giant-Man Build-A-Figure line. Makes sense, right? Over 30 points of articulation, they said. That’s a lot of posing possibilities!

After that, I found some buzz about a Fabian Cortez figure that was revealed, I think it was at Lucca, wherever that is. Apparently, he’s another X-Men character, which is cool, but not really what I was after at the moment. This just showed how hot the Marvel Legends line is, and how hard it is to get the latest figures.

I’ve been doing this collecting thing for a while, since I was a kid in the 80s, actually. So I’m used to the waiting game, the hunting, the uncertainty. But still, you’d think by now they’d have this release date thing figured out!

Anyway, I’m gonna keep checking those sites, refreshing like a madman. Hopefully, we’ll get a solid date soon. I’ll definitely post an update when I finally get my hands on this Warbird figure. It’s gonna look awesome next to my other Marvel Legends!
