Mafex Andrew Garfield: Ultimate Collectors Guide and Review!

So, I’ve been eyeing this Mafex Andrew Garfield Spider-Man figure for a while now, and I finally took the plunge and got one. I’ve always been a huge Spidey fan, and Andrew Garfield’s portrayal, despite what you think of those movies, really resonated with me. This is my experience of getting it.

First, I scoured the internet for the best price. I mean, who doesn’t love a good deal, right? I found a few places selling it, and after some comparing, I settled on one that seemed reputable and had a decent price. Then I ordered it.

The waiting was the hardest part. It took about a week, which, you know, felt like forever in the world of action figure collecting. But, finally, it arrived. I tore open that box like a kid on Christmas morning, no shame. And there he was, the Amazing Spider-Man himself, all boxed up and looking pretty slick.

Unboxing and First Impressions

First thing I noticed? The detail on this thing is insane. It got all the web patterns and textures from the suit in the movie. And the colors? Spot on. They really nailed the look. Also it comes with a ton of accessories.

Then I posed him. This figure is super articulated. You can get him into pretty much any Spider-Man pose you can think of. Crouching, web-swinging, wall-crawling, you name it. It’s wild, seriously. He even has magnets in his hands and feet so I can just stick him to my fridge and he looks like he’s chilling there, defying gravity.

Putting Him on Display

I already had a spot picked out on my shelf for him. Right next to my other Spidey figures, of course. He fits right in, but honestly, he kinda steals the show. This Mafex figure became my favorite one in my collection instantly.

After I took a bunch of pictures, I shared them with my friend who is also a Spider-Man fan. He was super jealous and said he might grab one too. Overall, I’m beyond happy with this figure. It’s a great representation of Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man, and it’s just a blast to pose and display. If you’re a fan of the character or just a collector of cool figures, I’d say this one is definitely worth checking out.
