Okay, so yesterday I finally decided to buy the season pass in Black Desert Online. I was pretty stoked to get all those extra goodies and rewards. I logged in, went to the Pearl Shop, and purchased the pass. Everything seemed fine, the transaction went through, and I got the confirmation message. Cool, right?
But then, when I went to check my inventory to see my new items… nothing. I was like, “What the heck?” I checked my mail, the Pearl inventory, even my character’s equipped gear. I started to panic a little. Did I do something wrong? Did the game glitch? I felt like I just threw my money away.
So, I started digging around. I found out there is this thing in the game called “Find My Item.” It’s a neat little feature that allows you to search for items across all your characters and storage. I thought, “This is it! This will solve my problem!” I used it to search for the season pass items, but still, nothing showed up. I was so frustrated. I kept thinking, “Where did they go?”
- Checked my inventory – nothing.
- Checked my mail – still nothing.
- Checked Pearl inventory – nope, not there either.
- Used “Find My Item” feature – you guessed it, nothing!
Then I remembered something about the central market. Some folks online were saying to check there. I found the nearest central market NPC using the map and the RB scroll, and went there. But, alas, I didn’t find anything related to my season pass. I even checked my warehouse inventory, and it was empty.
At this point, I was really confused. I went back to the Season Pass menu on the right side of the screen, the one with the two rows of rewards. The left column is for the free pass, and the right is for the paid one. I was sure I had bought the paid one. I even checked my purchase history. It showed that I bought it, but I still couldn’t find the items.
Digging Deeper
I spent a good chunk of time trying to figure this out. I felt like I was going crazy! I even checked if I accidentally deleted the items. But the season pass is not something you can delete, it’s consumed upon graduation. What a mess! I thought maybe it was like when I bought the Explorer Edition and didn’t get the items right away. But those showed up eventually, in my mail or the Pearl inventory. But this? This was just straight-up missing.
Finally, I decided to reach out to the game’s support team. I told them everything I did, how I bought the pass, how I searched everywhere, and how the items just vanished. I even mentioned that I spent 2,200 pearls on a Young Dragon Box once, and those items went missing too! They were really helpful, and after a bit of back and forth, they finally figured out what happened.
Turns out, there was a delay in the system, and the items hadn’t been properly credited to my account yet. They manually added the items to my inventory, and I finally got them. What a relief! I was so happy to finally have my season pass rewards. But boy, what a headache that was!
So, if you ever buy something in BDO and it doesn’t show up right away, don’t panic. Check everywhere, use the “Find My Item” feature, check the central market, and if all else fails, contact support. It might just be a delay, and they can help you sort it out. Don’t be like me and freak out for no reason! It all worked out in the end, but man, it was a wild ride.
