Well now, let me tell ya somethin’ about them Storm Collectibles. They’ve been around makin’ them action figures for a long time, and folks, they sure know how to make a good one. A lot of folks in the toy world been talkin’ ‘bout ‘em lately, especially when it comes to them Mortal Kombat figures. But there’s a bit o’ news that’s got everyone buzzin’ these days, and not all o’ it’s good news. You see, Storm Collectibles has lost their Mortal Kombat license, and folks are wonderin’ what that’s gonna mean for the future of their figures.

Now, you might be thinkin’, “What does that mean for me?” Well, let me tell ya, Storm Collectibles ain’t stoppin’ just ’cause they lost that license. They still got plenty of other characters from different games to work with. I seen it myself, they been showin’ off some new stuff at them big comic cons. Like, just recently they showed us some beautiful 1/12 scale figures o’ Ryu and Ken from Street Fighter. They look as good as a fresh pie right outta the oven! These figures, they sure bring back memories of when we used to sit around the TV playin’ them games with the grandkids.
But let me tell ya, them figures ain’t just for the kids. Oh no. Even us old folks like collectin’ these here toys. They got all them little details that make ‘em feel real. They got that Ryu, he’s standin’ there all tough-like, just waitin’ to throw a punch. And Ken? Don’t even get me started! His hair’s all spiked up like he’s ready for a fight. Them figures, they just make you wanna grab the controller and start playin’ like the old days, even if your hands ain’t as fast as they used to be!
And if you think that’s somethin’, wait till you hear ‘bout their Tekken figures. Yep, they got ‘em from Tekken 7. Now, that’s a game I’ve heard folks talk ‘bout plenty. They got fighters like Jin Kazama, Hwoarang, and even the big boss, Kazuya Mishima. These figures are somethin’ else. They’re real lifelike, with the clothes all tattered up like they’ve been in a real fight. You can see every little wrinkle on their jackets and pants, just like the real deal! Some folks might even get ‘em just to look at, but me? I’d be tempted to start a little tournament right in my living room.
Now, I ain’t sayin’ all Storm Collectibles figures are for everyone. Some of ‘em can be a bit on the pricey side, especially if you’re lookin’ to collect a whole bunch. But, folks, they got a new affordable Sub Zero figure that’s lookin’ mighty fine. It’s a 1/12 scale, so it ain’t too big or too small, just right for sittin’ on your shelf. And the best part? It ain’t gonna break the bank like some of them other ones. So if you’re a fan of Mortal Kombat and you’ve been missin’ your Sub Zero, this is the one to get. Ain’t no reason to be missin’ out on a good deal.
Now, I reckon some folks might be wonderin’ what else Storm Collectibles has up their sleeves. They’re still pushin’ out figures from all sorts of games, like King of Fighters and even Street Fighter. They’re workin’ on new ones all the time, so keep an eye out. They’ve been good ‘bout givin’ us a whole range of characters, so there’s somethin’ for everyone. Whether you like them fighters with all them fancy moves, or you just want somethin’ to set on your shelf to admire, they’ve gotcha covered.
So, while Storm Collectibles may have lost the Mortal Kombat license, don’t think for a second they’re done. They’ve still got plenty of good stuff comin’ your way. And if you ask me, the future’s lookin’ bright for these action figures. The fans are still excited, and that’s all that matters in the end. Now, if you’re lookin’ to get yourself one o’ these fine figures, you best keep an eye out for them new announcements. Trust me, ya don’t wanna miss ‘em!
