Okay, so today I wanna talk about my latest project: turning Kit Fisto into a Transformer. Yeah, you heard that right. It’s been a wild ride, so buckle up.
It all started when I stumbled upon some old Star Wars action figures at a garage sale. There was this Kit Fisto figure, and I just thought, “This guy needs to be more.” You know, Kit Fisto, the Jedi Master with those crazy tentacle things on his head? He’s a badass, always smiling, even when he’s kicking butt. He’s got that cool, calm, collected vibe, which I really dig.
I remembered that Kit Fisto was a master of the Shii-Cho lightsaber combat style. This involves a lot of wide, sweeping motions, like a crazy dance. So I’m thinking, how can I make this into a Transformer?
First thing I did was take apart the Kit Fisto figure. I mean, really took it apart – arms, legs, head, everything. Then, I grabbed some spare parts from other old toys and started tinkering. I wanted him to transform into something that made sense for a water-loving Jedi, so I figured a submarine would be perfect. I saw that there was a 2-pack action figure of Kit Fisto and R4-H5 that I could utilize.
- Disassemble the figure: This was the fun part. I carefully took apart Kit Fisto, making sure not to break anything too badly.
- Find the right parts: I had a bunch of old toys lying around, so I started looking for anything that could work for a submarine mode. I found some wings that looked like they could be fins and some other bits that could be used for the body.
- Start building: This was the tricky part. I had to figure out how to attach everything together so that it could actually transform. I used a lot of glue, screws, and even some tape to get things to stay in place. It’s a lot harder than it looks, let me tell you! There is a product called STAR WARS The Black Series Kit Fisto Toy 6 Scale The Clone Wars Collectible Action Figure but it is too expensive.
- Add some details: Once I had the basic shape down, I started adding some details to make it look more like Kit Fisto. I used some paint to give him his signature green skin and added some details to the submarine mode to make it look more realistic.
It took a few days, and honestly, a lot of trial and error, but I finally got it to work. Kit Fisto could now transform into a submarine! It wasn’t perfect, but it was pretty darn cool if you ask me. The transformation was a bit clunky, but hey, it worked. I even managed to keep his lightsaber as part of the design, which I thought was a nice touch.
The whole process was a blast. It was like being a kid again, just messing around with toys and seeing what I could come up with. I learned a lot about how toys are put together and how to make things move in ways they weren’t originally intended to. Plus, I got to combine two of my favorite things: Star Wars and Transformers. If you’re interested in these things, you should definitely check out Hasbro Kit Fisto Star Wars Action Figures & Accessories. They offer some great stuff.
I’m thinking of doing more of these, maybe other Jedi or even some Sith Lords. Who knows? The possibilities are endless. Anyways, that’s my story about turning Kit Fisto into a Transformer. Hope you enjoyed it!
