Well, you know, when we’re talkin’ about Guzzlord and its CP, there’s a few things ya gotta understand. Now, I ain’t no expert, but I can tell ya a bit about how this big fella works. Guzzlord, that Dark and Dragon-type Pokémon, can get mighty strong, especially if ya find one with them 100% IVs. The CP is what really shows ya how strong it is, see? If you’re lucky enough to catch one in perfect condition, it can hit 1650 CP in normal weather. But if the weather’s right, like Foggy or Windy, it’ll bump up to around 2062 CP. Ain’t that somethin’?

What’s IV, ya ask? Well, that’s just a fancy way of sayin’ how perfect your Pokémon’s stats are. The higher the IV, the better the CP. So, if you find a Guzzlord with perfect IVs, it’s like hittin’ the jackpot. But if you’re lookin’ for the real top CP, then ya gotta think about them weather boosts too. In boosted conditions, a 100% IV Guzzlord could rise even higher, but remember, it’s gotta be the right kinda weather for that to happen.
Now, let’s talk a little bit about Guzzlord itself. This Pokémon ain’t like the rest, see? Most Dragon-types got their own ways, but Guzzlord’s Dark typing gives it an edge. It’s real good at takin’ on other Dark-types and Ghost-types, like Mandibuzz or Drapion, with ease. So, if you’re out in the Great League, Guzzlord can really hold its own. But, of course, it’s gotta watch out for a few things.
- Fairy-types – them Fairy moves can really hurt a Guzzlord.
- Fighting-types – don’t even get me started on Fighting-types, they’ll make short work of Guzzlord.
- Bug-types – now, Bug-types can be a bother too.
- Ice-types – ice moves are another one ya gotta be wary of.
- Dragon-types – and of course, other Dragon-types ain’t gonna make it easy either.
But don’t you worry none, Guzzlord’s got some strong moves of its own! The best moveset for this big guy is Snarl and Brutal Swing. Them moves really pack a punch, especially when you’re up against the right opponents. I reckon if you use ’em right, ya can make a real dent in the enemy team.
Now, let’s talk about how ya catch one of these big fellas. Guzzlord’s a tier five raid boss, and that means it’s a tough one to catch. But if you’re lucky and you manage to beat it in a raid, then ya might get a chance to catch it with a good CP. As for shiny odds, well, it ain’t easy. For tier five raid bosses, your odds of gettin’ a shiny Guzzlord are about one in 20. But hey, a shiny Guzzlord would be somethin’ to brag about, wouldn’t it?
So, there ya have it. Guzzlord might be a bit of a handful to handle, but if ya get one with them perfect IVs, and the weather’s right, you could have a real powerhouse on your hands. Just remember to watch out for them Fairy, Fighting, Bug, Ice, and Dragon moves, ’cause Guzzlord’s got its weaknesses too.
