Alright, let’s talk about “Gargoyle of Gotham #3.” I’ve been following this series since the drop of the first issue, and man, it’s been a wild ride. This whole thing is an Elseworld story, so it’s like, Batman but not quite the Batman we’re used to, you know?

So, I got my hands on an early copy of issue number 3. First off, I had to make sure my reading setup was perfect. Turned off all my devices – phone, computer, everything. Didn’t want any distractions while diving into this one. I even made sure my room’s lighting was just right, you know, to set the mood.
When I started reading, I noticed this issue introduces this new villain, ‘Little Joker.’ Sounds kinda cheesy, but trust me, the way it’s handled in the comic is pretty sick. The whole story, it’s dark, it’s gritty. It feels like Gotham, but a version of Gotham that’s even more messed up than usual.

New Villain Alert
They call him ‘Little Joker.’ From what I gathered, he’s like a twisted reflection, maybe a product of Gotham’s messed-up environment. His design, his actions, everything screams chaos.

Batman’s Struggle
This isn’t just about punching bad guys. In this issue, you see Batman really wrestling with his own demons. There’s this whole internal monologue thing going on where he’s questioning his methods, his impact on the city. It’s deep stuff.

The Art, Man!
Rafael Gramp, the genius behind this series. His style is unique, very detailed, and kinda disturbing in a good way. Every panel is like a piece of art. And in this issue, Jamie Hewlett did some of the art, and it’s crazy!
I spent a good couple of hours just absorbing it all. Looked up some info about the previous issues, just to get the full picture. There was some interview with Gramp talking about his inspiration, how he wanted to create a Batman that’s more raw, more connected to the darkness of Gotham.
After I finished reading, I went online, checked out some forums. Wanted to see what other fans were saying. Some were hyped about ‘Little Joker,’ others were more focused on Batman’s internal struggle. It’s cool to see how different people react to the same story, you know?
I even found out that this issue was initially solicited for May 28th. I guess I got lucky getting it a bit earlier. There is also a noir edition of this series I want to get my hands on. It seems cool.

Anyway, I’m stoked for the next issue. This one ended on such a cliffhanger. Gramp really knows how to keep you on the edge of your seat. If you’re into Batman, especially a darker, more twisted version, you gotta check out “Gargoyle of Gotham.” It’s something else.
