Alright, so I got into this whole Pokémon card thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a ride. Today, I’m gonna spill the beans on my experience with the Finneon card. Yep, that little fish Pokémon.

Getting Started with Finneon
First off, I started by checking out all the different versions of the Finneon card. There’s a bunch, especially in the Pokémon TCG Pocket app. I spent a good chunk of time just browsing through them, you know, getting a feel for what’s out there. They had cards from like, Mythical Island and beyond. It was pretty cool to see all the variations, to be honest.
Then I dug into what this Finneon is all about. Turns out, it’s a Water-type Pokémon. In the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet games, this little guy evolves into Lumineon at level 31. I made a note of that, thinking it might come in handy later.
Diving Deeper
I stumbled upon some, uh, strategy guide called Smogon, I guess, that had some info on Finneon. But honestly, it was a bit too much for me at that point. All those stats and stuff, you know? I just wanted to play the game. Their website was loading slow anyway, so I skipped to another site.
I also found out that Finneon is in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. There was some chatter about how to find it and where it hangs out in the game. I jotted down some notes, but I haven’t gotten around to hunting for it yet.
The Card Itself
Now, about the actual card. I got my hands on a Sword & Shield Promo version. The art is pretty neat, I gotta say. And it says you can use its ability as often as you like during your turn. I’m still trying to figure out how to make the most of that, but it sounds promising, right?
Community and Contests
Oh, and get this – I found out there are contests going on. Something about a 2024 Holiday Season thing. Apparently, you can win some prizes. Over $2000 worth! I haven’t entered yet, but it sounds tempting. Maybe I’ll give it a shot. I also saw some posts about Finneon’s Spotlight Hour in Pokémon GO. I missed that, but it’s cool to see people are still into this Pokémon.
Wrapping Up
So, that’s my Finneon card journey so far. I’m still learning the ropes, trying to get better at the game. It’s a lot to take in, but it’s been fun. I heard some rumors that the official website might shut down the service. I hope it doesn’t though. I really enjoy playing it.
And who knows, maybe I’ll actually win something in one of those contests. A guy can dream, right? Anyway, that’s all for now. I’ll probably be back with more updates as I dive deeper into this Pokémon card world. Catch you later!
