So, I was digging around the internet the other day, trying to find some information on this guy, Edward Grey. I don’t know, just felt like doing a bit of research, you know?

First, I went on . I was looking through obituaries, figured maybe I could find something on him there. I used the search bar and typed in “Edward Grey,” then browsed through the results. Nothing really popped up. Lots of names, but no dice on the one I was after.
Then, I remembered there’s this investment firm called “Edward Jones.” Thought maybe there was some connection, a long shot but worth checking out. I went to their website. They had all sorts of investment stuff, you know, “financial advisors,” “investment strategies,” all that jazz. I searched the site for ‘Edward Grey’. Nope, nothing relevant.
Trying Different Angles
Next, I tried a website, . I guess it’s some sort of organization. They had a login page. Username, password, the usual. I don’t have an account, so I couldn’t get in. Didn’t really seem like the right place to find what I was looking for anyway.
I stumbled upon this academic-sounding article about “recognition” and Indigenous peoples in Canada. It mentioned something about “self-determination efforts” over the last thirty years. Interesting, but not really related to my Edward Grey search. I skimmed it and moved on.
- I looked at another website about Foreign and Commonwealth Office salaries, but it only mentioned their Permanent Under-Secretary’s salary, nothing on Edward Grey.
- I even found something about “Formula auditing tools,” which talked about a “tracer.” Seemed completely off-topic, so I skipped that one.
Feeling A Bit Lost
After all that, I still hadn’t found anything useful about this Edward Grey. It felt like I was going down a rabbit hole, finding all sorts of random information but nothing about the guy I was actually curious about. I decided to call it a day on the search. Maybe I’ll try again another time, with a different approach.
It’s kind of frustrating when you can’t find what you’re looking for online. It’s like the information is out there somewhere, just hiding in some obscure corner of the internet.
Well, that’s my story of the day. A bit of a wild goose chase, but hey, that’s how it goes sometimes. Maybe one of you folks has better luck than I did!
