Alright, so let me tell you about this whole “Deadpool & Wolverine” thing I’ve been diving into. Man, it’s been a ride, let me tell you!
First off, I was stoked when I heard about it. Deadpool and Wolverine together? Come on, that’s like a dream team of snark and claws. I started digging around to see what the deal was. Turns out, this movie went through some changes. Apparently, it was going to be called “Deadpool 3” for a while. Then, I heard it was almost named “Deadpool and Friend”.
Then I found out that the whole movie is directed by this guy called Shawn Levy, seems like a talented guy, but not a good fit for such action movie. When I watched some clips, I felt like I was watching a video game. I mean, it’s cool and all, but kinda expected more from a Deadpool movie.
So, the story goes something like this: Wolverine’s healing up from some gnarly injuries, and he bumps into our favorite motor-mouth, Deadpool. And these two decide to team up to take down some bad guy. Sounds simple enough, right? But knowing Deadpool, it’s probably gonna be anything but simple. The whole movie is pretty much not for kids. You know, with all the dirty jokes, heads getting chopped off, and whatnot.
And get this – I found out that Wolverine was apparently some kind of “Anchor” in the old X-Men movies. And when he kicked the bucket in that movie “Logan,” it messed up the whole timeline. So now, Deadpool’s gotta find a new “Anchor” to fix things. And this is why they need to team up.
It’s kinda cool to see them bringing back characters from those old Fox Marvel movies. Nostalgia trip, you know? I’m definitely gonna watch it when it comes out. I mean, it’s Deadpool and Wolverine! How can you not?
