Alright, so I’ve been meaning to get my hands on this “Coffee Talk” vinyl for a while now. It’s the soundtrack from this chill little indie game where you’re a barista, and you listen to people’s problems while serving them coffee. Sounds kinda weird, but it’s super relaxing, and the music is just chef’s kiss. Finally, I decided to pull the trigger.

First, I searched for where I could even buy this thing. I found out it was a collaboration between Black Screen Records and Toge Productions. They were calling the colors “Matcha Green” and “Coffee Brown,” which, you know, fits the theme perfectly.
Found a few different places selling it. Then, I compared prices and what was included. Some places had it for a little cheaper, but then I saw that another place included a sticker with the record. A sticker! I’m a sucker for stickers, so that immediately won me over.
Placed the order and waited. It felt like forever, probably because I was so excited. But then, a few days later, a package showed up at my door. It was here!
I grabbed the package and carefully opened it. Inside was the record, all snug in its sleeve. The sleeve art was just as cool as I hoped – really captured the vibe of the game. And yep, there was the sticker, tucked in there too. Score!
Unboxing and First Impressions
- Pulled the vinyl out. It was the “Matcha Green” one. Looked so good. The color was this nice, mellow green, just like a cup of matcha.
- Put the record on my turntable and dropped the needle.
Man, the music filled the room. It was exactly like I remembered from the game – all these lo-fi beats and chill melodies. Perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon, which is exactly what it was. I made myself a cup of coffee, sat back, and just soaked it all in.
Honestly, this whole experience was great. From finally deciding to buy the vinyl, to the little thrill of getting a sticker, to finally hearing the music on my own turntable. It’s the little things, right? This “Coffee Talk” vinyl is definitely a new favorite in my collection.
Totally recommend it to anyone who’s a fan of the game or just wants some chill music to relax to.
