Alright, let’s talk about this “ahs delicate poster” thing, whatever that is. I saw some pictures, you know, on that internet thing my grandson showed me. Looks kinda spooky, all them pale faces and big eyes. Reminds me of that time old Mrs. Henderson down the road got her eyes checked and they dilated ’em real big. Scared the bejesus outta the chickens, I tell ya!

So, from what I gather, this “American Horror Story”, that’s what they call it, is some kinda scary show. They make a new one every year, or somethin’ like that. This year it’s called “Delicate”. Sounds fancy, like them doilies my aunt used to crochet. But I bet it ain’t about doilies, is it? Probably about ghosts or monsters or some such nonsense.

Heard tell there’s some famous people in it. Kim Kardashian, yeah, the one with the big behind, and Emma Roberts, that pretty little thing from that movie about the detective girl. And that Cara girl, the one with the eyebrows. They’re all in it, makin’ faces and screamin’, I reckon.

First off, they got these posters, you know, pictures to get folks interested. Showin’ off them actresses. Emma Roberts, she looks all pale and worried, like she lost her favorite hen.
Cara Delevingne, she looks kinda… intense. Like she’s gonna steal your eggs right outta the coop. Them posters, they’re all dark and moody, like a cloudy day before a big storm.

They say this “Delicate” story is in two parts. Don’t know why they gotta split it up like that. Maybe they ran outta money or somethin’. The first part starts airin’ on September 20th. That’s ’round harvest time, ain’t it? Gonna be too busy pickin’ corn to watch no scary show, I tell ya.

From what I heard, this “American Horror Story” thing, it’s always about different scary stuff. One year it’s a haunted house, another year it’s a crazy asylum, and who knows what this year. Maybe it’s about a haunted henhouse! That’d be somethin’, wouldn’t it? Ghosts cluckin’ and layin’ spooky eggs. Heh!

Anyways, these posters, they’re supposed to give you a taste of what the show’s about. But they don’t tell you much, do they? Just pretty faces and dark colors. Makes you wonder what kinda scary stuff they got cooked up this time. Probably a bunch of jump scares and creepy crawlies. That’s what them young folks like these days.

I ain’t much for scary stuff myself. Grew up on a farm, seen enough real-life scares, what with the wild animals and the storms and all. Don’t need no made-up stories to give me the chills. But these posters, they are kinda… eye-catchin’, I guess. Makes you wanna know what’s goin’ on, even if you don’t really wanna be scared.

So, yeah, that’s my take on this “ahs delicate poster” thing. Fancy actresses, spooky faces, and a whole lotta mystery. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see what kind of craziness they got in store for us this time. Maybe I’ll even peek at an episode or two, after the harvest is done, of course. But if there’s any spiders, I’m turnin’ it off. Can’t stand them creepy crawly things.

This “American Horror Story” sounds like it’s been goin’ on for a while now. Twelve seasons, they say! That’s a lot of scarin’. Must be somethin’ to it if it’s lasted that long. Maybe them city folks ain’t got nothin’ better to do than watch people get spooked. Me, I’d rather be tendin’ my garden or feedin’ the chickens. But hey, to each their own, I always say.
