So, let me tell you about this little project I got myself into. It all started when I stumbled upon this cool action figure online – the Carnage Marvel Legends 2024 edition. Now, I’m a bit of a collector, and this bad boy immediately caught my eye. Carnage, if you don’t know, is one of those crazy symbiote characters from the Marvel universe, a real piece of work. This figure, though, it just looked awesome. I had to get my hands on it.

First thing I did was check out all the usual spots where you can buy these things. I found it was listed as a Target exclusive, which, you know, can sometimes make things a bit tricky. But I was determined. I hit up a few different Target stores in my area, no luck at first. It felt like I was on a wild goose chase, but I wasn’t giving up that easy.
While I was searching, I dug up some more info on this Carnage figure. Apparently, it’s part of a whole wave of new Marvel Legends figures coming out in 2024. I saw some names like Ant-Man, Wasp from that Quantumania movie, and even some characters from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and that Spider-Verse sequel. All this just got me more hyped about the whole thing.
I also found some forums and discussions online where people were talking about this Carnage figure. There was some buzz about it being based on the “Carnage (2022 – 2023)” comic series. Someone mentioned a “Carnage: Black, White & Blood #2” comic too. I even read a line somewhere that said, “Every symbiote needs a host. And for CARNAGE, there has only ever been one host who has made it feel whole.” Gave me chills, honestly. It’s like, this isn’t just a toy, it’s a whole story.
- Hit up multiple Target stores.
- Checked online forums for more details.
- Got even more excited reading about the related comics.
Finally, after a few days of searching, I struck gold. I walked into a Target, and there it was, right on the shelf. The Carnage figure in all its glory. The packaging was cool, and the figure inside looked even better than the pictures. It’s got all these crazy details, like the tendrils and that wild, toothy grin. I grabbed it, paid, and practically ran out of the store, I was that excited.
Bringing Carnage Home
Once I got it home, I carefully opened it up and took out the figure. Man, the quality is something else. It’s got all these points of articulation, so you can pose it in all sorts of ways. I spent a good chunk of the afternoon just messing around with it, setting it up in different action poses. It’s definitely one of the coolest figures in my collection now.
I even took some pictures and shared them with some of my collector buddies online. They were all pretty jealous, haha. One of them said something like, “Witness the cerebral chaos caused by CARNAGE, brought to life by some of the greatest creators at Marvel!” I thought that was a bit dramatic, but hey, I get it. This figure is pretty epic. So, yeah, that’s the story of how I got my hands on the Carnage Marvel Legends 2024 figure. It was a bit of a hunt, but totally worth it. If you’re into collecting, or just a fan of Carnage, I definitely recommend trying to get one. It’s a real gem.
