So, the other day, I was browsing online, just killing time, when I stumbled upon something that made me go, “Whoa, I need that!” It was a Darth Malgus statue. Yeah, the big bad guy from Star Wars: The Old Republic. I’m a bit of a Star Wars nut, and this thing looked seriously cool.
I started digging around, trying to find the best place to snag one. There were a bunch of different websites selling it, some new, some used. Prices were all over the place, too. I saw one going for almost 3 grand! Can you believe that? I mean, it’s awesome, but that’s a bit steep for me.
Anyway, I kept searching, comparing prices and looking at pictures. I really wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal and that the statue was in good shape. Some of them had really dynamic poses, capturing that whole dark side vibe perfectly. This one place had a close-up of the statue’s base, and it looked super detailed.
After a while, I finally found one that seemed like a good fit. It was used, but the seller had great reviews, and the price was way more reasonable than some of the others. The pictures looked good, and it seemed like it was in pretty decent condition. It had this cool pose, you know, with the base.
So, I pulled the trigger and ordered it. I was so excited. I was also worried I’d get scammed. But now I have it. I was like a kid on Christmas morning when it arrived.
Now, it’s sitting proudly on my shelf, right next to my other Star Wars stuff. It’s such a cool piece, and I’m so glad I went on that little hunt for it. Finding a used one saved me a ton of money, and it still looks amazing. Every time I look at it, I’m reminded of all those epic battles and the cool story of Darth Malgus. Totally worth the effort!
I wanted to share this experience to save you some time and effort if you plan to buy one!
