Barbaracle Pokémon GO: Best Moveset and How to Get It!

Okay, so, I’ve been diving deep into Pokémon Go again lately, and let me tell you, getting Barbaracle has been a real trip. Here’s how it all went down.

First off, I needed to catch a bunch of Binacle. You know, those little rock-looking dudes with two heads? Yeah, those guys. I spent days wandering around, tapping on every Binacle I could find. My fingers were getting a serious workout, I swear. Luckily, they weren’t too hard to find near the water.

Once I had enough Binacle, and let me just say, you need a LOT of candy to evolve them, I finally hit that evolve button. Boom! There it was, my very own Barbaracle. But the journey didn’t stop there. I wanted to make sure this guy was a beast in battles, so I started looking into the best moves for it.

Now, from what I gathered, Fury Cutter seems to be the way to go for the fast move. Some folks say Water Gun is better because it gets that same-type attack bonus, but I found that Fury Cutter just charges up those charged moves so much faster. It felt way better for me, at least in most situations. Mud-Slap is pretty good too, especially when facing electric types.

Movesets:

Fast Moves:
- Fury Cutter – Charges up energy like crazy.
- Water Gun – Gets that STAB bonus, not too shabby.
- Mud-Slap – Decent damage output.

For charged moves, I went with Cross Chop. It hits hard and fast. And let me tell you, seeing Barbaracle just smash its opponents with those rock hands is pretty satisfying. I did experiment with Razor Shell a bit, which is also pretty powerful, but Cross Chop just seemed to work better overall.

So, after all that grinding and experimenting, I finally had my Barbaracle ready to go. It’s been crushing it in battles, and I’m pretty proud of my rocky dude. If you’re thinking about getting a Barbaracle, just be prepared for a bit of a grind, but trust me, it’s worth it in the end!
